Providing carers that have empathy
Greenbridge Care is a registered company in England. It operates as an introductory agency, aiming to provide caring and empathetic carers who prioritise the individual needs of each client.
Greenbridge Care does not directly employ carers. Instead, we take great care in selecting suitable individuals through a series of screening questions before adding them to our register.
Our screening process is limited to reviewing the CV provided by the carer and The only screening we do is reviewing the CV provided by the carer and asking if the carer has the right to work in the U.K, the onus is on the employer to ensure the information is accurate. Responsibility for carrying out further checks, such as verifying identification and passports, ensuring the carers’ qualifications are up to date as well as other checks rests with the employer.
